This site collects the strict minimum. No analytics or advertising cookie is set before your explicit consent, and declining does not limit anything you can read.

Data collected

Two cases only: your email address if you subscribe to the private letter, and whatever you voluntarily enter in the contact form (name, email, subject, message).

Purposes and legal basis

Your email is used only to send the letter, on the basis of your consent. Contact messages are processed in order to reply to you, on the basis of the legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.

Retention

Letter addresses: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: twelve months after the last reply.

Cookies

The site works without advertising cookies. A technical preference is stored locally in your browser to remember your consent choice and age confirmation. If analytics are added later, they will only run after acceptance.

Sharing

No data is sold. Outbound links to Eva's platforms carry UTM parameters indicating which page and language the click came from; they contain no personal data.
